She went in and got a mastectomy. She went home and realized she could still feel something strange "in there". A tender, lumpy spot. Went back to the Doc and he was all "This is normal" and she had been coached on Oprah to "be her own health advocate". So she said, "Humor me, Doc." Well the doc did.
